When placing an order with LOFTwall.com the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. LOFTwall does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. A product may be either refunded or repaired at LOFTwall’s discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a LOFTwall product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, LOFTwall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LOFTwall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LOFTwall shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify LOFTwall.com within 7 days of placing the order, otherwise a 30% cancellation fee will apply. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 30% open box restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

If an item is found to be defective or is not as described please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. LOFTwall will ship out a replacement product or make arrangements at our discretion.
